Name Tags:
Middle name becomes your first name. Name of first motorized vehicle that you remember becomes your second. Tony Studebaker
Fridge Art:
Your most rebellious moment. Participants created and then told the story to go along with the work.
Art Relay:
Teams of four work together in relay fashion to create a rebellious character in a limited time frame. They then name them and make up a story about them.
Main Project:
REBEL with a CAN. Staff painted their own garbage cans for their classrooms.

Designed as an active, dynamic workshop, participants will engage with each other on a different level. You will witness your staff taking risks and employing innovative, creative thinking while having fun with each other. This is an excellent team building opportunity.

We can offer full and half day workshops. Our workshop leaders are professional artists and trained facilitators.

Art Jam
Total Participants: 9 - 20
Time: 3 hours with a 15 minute coffee/tea/snack break
Sue Richards, Dean Huyck and Sarah Palmer host a fun filled, stress free, creative adventure designed to rejuvenate and refresh individuals in a light and lively way. Participants will play, paint and pretend their worries away. Excellent for strengthening groups and encouraging teamwork. Finished project would be created for installation at the participants office or some other place of choice.
Includes all materials and snacks and beverages.
Play A Day
Total Participants: 10 - 30
Time: 7 hours with a 75 minute lunch and two 10 minute breaks.
Sue Richards and Cam MacLennan will lead the group through the exciting process of creating and performing an original play in one single day. The Play A Day process is all inclusive and provides a speaking role for each participant.
Improv
Total Participants: 10 - 30
Time: 3 hours with a 15 minute coffee/tea/snack break
Cam MacLennan, a professional actor and entertainer has studied Theatre at McMaster University and Improv at The Second City Workshop. Cam will offer an exciting opportunity for everyone to think on their feet and have a good laugh while taking risks. Excellent training for public speaking, voice control, movement and creative flow.
Breathing, Stress Reduction and Relaxation Training
Total Participants: 8 - 15
Time: 1 1/2 hours
JL Lindsay, Director of Living Yoga and Health in Guelph, is a Certified Advanced Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Physiotherapist. JL will guide participants through simple, practical exercises that can easily be applied in every day life. Includes light refreshments and fruit.
Meditation with Ken Hood
Total Participants: 8 - 15
Time: 1 1/2
Ken Hood works in conjunction with JL and will offer participants an opportunity to quiet their minds through meditation. Ken's approach is ecumenical with a Buddhist flavour. Includes light refreshments and fruit.
